RESELLERThe resellers, dealers and sales partners of Kielikone market and sell MOT products and services. Kielikone’s long-term partners understand the opportunities of MOT products and services and are generating sales and building appropriate connections to achieve continual growth. Kielikone is constantly looking for new reliable and confident partners for long term cooperation. Step 1: Signing the retail contractThe reseller becomes interested in selling MOT products and services. Kielikone and the reseller sign a retail contract in which they agree about the terms and conditions of reselling MOT as well as about the commission. Step 2: Product material and supportKielikone delivers a price list and product information of MOT products and services to the reseller. Kielikone also provides support services for the reseller in English and in Finnish. Step 3: Selling the product and servicesThe reseller contacts the customers, and sells the products and services to the customers. The reseller can use the name and the trade mark of Kielikone and MOT in marketing and selling the products. The pricing follows the price list delivered by Kielikone. In cases where the price isn’t provided in the price list, Kielikone gives the reseller sales support by calculating the price. The reseller sends the order to Kielikone by e-mail, fax or mail. Step 4: Delivering MOTKielikone delivers information for implementing MOT products or services to the customer or to the reseller by e-mail or sends the products to the customer or to the reseller by mail. Step 5: InvoicingThe reseller charges its own customers and Kielikone sends the reseller an invoice on the basis of the orders. The resale commission is deducted from the reseller’s invoice. |
