TELEOPERATOR

Teleoperators offer their customers subscriptions and mobile phones, as well as different value-added services. By cooperating with Kielikone and offering MOT dictionaries to their customers, the teleoperator can strengthen its customer loyalty as well as the time spent using the mobile web.

Step 1: Starting the negotiations

The teleoperator and Kielikone start negotiating the possibility of the teleoperator offering MOT dictionaries to their customers as an online service. They discuss dictionary selection and business models. Kielikone sends a trial version of the dictionary service to the teleoperator.

Step 2: Signing the agreement

After finding a business model that satisfies both parties, the teleoperator and Kielikone sign an agreement that allows the teleoperator to offer MOT dictionaries to its customers.

Step 3: Delivering the MOT packages

Kielikone produces the online dictionary service for the teleoperator and always provides the teleoperator with the newest dictionary program versions and dictionaries.

Step 4: Offering MOT for end-customers

The teleoperator provides network service to the customer’s mobile devices and provides MOT dictionaries to its customers. The teleoperator increases the customer satisfaction as well as the time the customers spend using the mobile web.
