4. Purpose of the personal data file
Personal data are used for purposes related to invoicing, collection of receivables, marketing, looking after and developing customer relationships, and for statistics. The data are only used for direct marketing purposes in the manner stipulated by current legislation. The Customer is entitled to prohibit the use of such data for direct marketing purposes by notifying Kielikone Ltd.

- Address
- Telephone number
- Subscription data
- Direct marketing permission
- Data provided by the Customer for, and that are related to looking after and developing, customer relationships and/or data that are related to marketing
6. The sources of data in the personal data file in adherence to the regulations
Statistical data obtained in conjunction with product subscriptions, calls for tenders, requests for trial usage and participation in competitions will be saved in the personal data file.
7. Disclosure of data
Kielikone Ltd. may disclose its customer data within the permitted and obligatory limits prescribed by current legislation.
8. Principle for protecting the personal data file
The personal data file’s data system and its files are protected by the technical protection methods normally in use in businesses. In order to access the personal data file, a personal user ID and password that are only granted to an individual that belongs to the controller’s personnel and whose position and job relate to the aforementioned access right are required. Access control is in use on the controller’s premises.
