Use
The products and services sold in the shop are one user's licenses.

Prices
The prices and pricing bases of products and services are shown in the current Price List. Kielikone may revise the Price List at its discretion. VAT is added to the prices of the Language Services at the prevailing rate, unless it has already been included in the prices shown in the Price List. The Value Added Tax Act is always adhered to for products that will be posted.

Delivery time/Order processing time
The delivery time for products to be posted to a Customer is 1–2 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Customers can start using the Language Services immediately after they have paid for it.

Terms of payment
The terms of payment is 14 days netto.

Registration
Customers must register with the Web shop before placing orders. When registering, Customers obtain a customer ID that the Web shop and Dictionary Service use for identification. The customer ID comes with a user-specific password. The customer ID and password are personal.

Data protection and privacy
The personal details of users provided at the time of registering are saved in Kielikone’s customer register. The data in the register, as well as the principles for their use, are explained in the Description of Personal Data File as prescribed by the Personal Data Act. Right of return
The Customer has the right to return the products ordered through the Web shop and delivered by post within 14 days of receipt. The Language Services cannot be cancelled nor the monies refunded once the Service has commenced following the consumer’s consent.

Limited warranty
The supplier warrants that the media on which the computer software is supplied is free from material defects for 90 days from the date of delivery. The supplier will rectify any faults detected in the media during this period, or provide the Customer with a new computer software media as a replacement for the faulty one. The limited warranty above is in lieu of all other warranties and the supplier hereby disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
